YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
("Consent Statement")

Hi there! You are applying for a Kredete Card and engaging with Kredete’s products and services. 

By consenting to this Consent Statement, you authorize Kredete to provide you with disclosures, notices, and communications electronically. Your affirmative consent permits us to deliver these Communications electronically and enables you to sign and authorize them electronically through the Kredete platform or any associated interfaces (the “Platform” or “Service”). If you do not consent to electronic delivery, you will not be able to use certain features of our Service.

By registering for a Kredete account, applying for a Kredete Card, or accessing our Platform, you agree that such registration constitutes your electronic signature and consent. This consent has the same legal effect as a physical signature and applies to all disclosures and communications provided to you or your authorized representatives.

Scope of Consent

This Consent Statement applies to all legal disclosures, notices, and communications (collectively referred to as “Covered Items”) related to your relationship with Kredete. We may send you important information electronically including but not limited to account servicing communications, legal notices, and compliance disclosure such as: 

  • Card statements and transaction history
  • Important notices and updates regarding your Kredete Card
  • Account agreements and disclosures related to your Kredete Card
  • Information about new features and services related to your Kredete Card

Duration of Consent

Your consent remains effective until:

  • Your relationship with Kredete Inc. ends.
  • You withdraw your consent to electronic communications.
  • The Service is discontinued.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity of any electronic communications provided prior to the withdrawal.

Benefits of Electronic Communications:

  • Faster and More Secure: Electronic communications are generally faster and more secure than paper-based methods.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Reduces paper usage and associated environmental impact.
  • Easy Access: Access your information anytime, anywhere through your Kredete account.

How We Deliver Electronic Communications:

We may deliver electronic communications through various methods such as :

  • Email: We may send important information directly to your email address.
  • Secure Messages: You may receive important notices and updates within your Kredete account.
  • Platform Announcements: We may post important information on the Kredete website or mobile application.
  • Available for download: We may make certain information available for download.

You are responsible for reviewing these communications promptly to take any necessary action.

What You Need to Access Electronic Communications:

To access and retain electronic communications, you will need:

  • A device with internet access
  • A web browser with basic encryption capabilities (most modern browsers work)
  • Software capable of viewing and printing PDF files (optional, but recommended)

By providing your consent, you confirm you meet these system requirements.

Access to Paper Copies

You may make copies of the Covered Items by using the "print" or "save" functionality of the application in which you are viewing the Covered Items (e.g. Web browser, Adobe® Reader® software). We retain copies of the Covered Items for the time periods required by law and will provide you with copies upon request within those time periods. We do not necessarily retain copies for longer than is required by law. Save or print copies of Covered Items to ensure you have them when needed.

Kredete reserves the right to provide Covered Items in paper form at any time, even if you have opted for electronic delivery. For instance, we may send paper copies during system outages or in cases of suspected fraud.

Withdrawing Consent

You have the right to opt out of receiving electronic communications at any time. However, opting out may limit your ability to access certain features on the Kredete platform and information related to your Kredete Card and/or account. To opt out, please contact us at support@kredete.com.

Important Note: This notice applies even if you do not obtain (or are not offered) a Kredete Card.

By agreeing to this Consent Statement, you confirm that:

  • You can access and retain electronic communications as described.
  • You agree to receive Covered Items electronically.
  • You understand your rights and responsibilities under this Consent Statement.
